Availablity
Due to the fact items are limited (sometimes I only make one of each item) all orders are subject to availability.
Payment
All payments are in pounds sterling. You can pay for your order with all major credit and debit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use the service, PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine.
Postage
Postage costs cover all aspects of postage and packaging, all orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. I endeavour to send all orders out within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days for orders to arrive. There may be occasions where this may take longer during busier times and bank holidays.
Lost & Damaged
I cannot be held responsible for any items lost, delayed or damaged both in the UK and abroad once items have been despatched.
Returns
All items are checked thoroughly before posting, but in the unlikely event any mistakes have been made, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
The goods are your responsibility. Handmade jewellery will always be more fragile than industrially made or mass produced items, therefore the jewellery needs to be handled with care and consideration.
Returns are only accepted if I have made an error in processing your order.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note the original postage charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for return postage. I recommend that you return items in a way that insures them for your own peace of mind. Items also need to be packaged in an appropriate manner to prevent further damage.
